For its European office, Stages Cycling is currently looking for a SALES MANAGER - SOUTHERN EUROPE (f/m/d).
The Sales Manager drives Stages Cycling 's sales activities within his responsible region. He/she is executing our various sales programs in close cooperation with our retail partners. He/she is an expert to assess the market situation in Southern Europe and to implement individual strategies to drive Stages Cycling 's constant growth in this region. As a product expert, he/she is able to give detailed technical support to our customers and retail partners and is therefore the main consultant for existing and potential customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities
# Execute, control and evaluate all sales activities including sales tools, promotions, retail merchandising and sales training
# Collect, interpret, report and act upon key market data
# Establish close relationship with our retail partners
# Be a Stages Cycling product expert and give technical support to our customers and retail partners
# Execute a fluent process from sell-through till customer satisfaction
# 2-3 years’ experience in the sports industry with focus on sales & marketing
# Experience in Customer Relationship Management with strong verbal and written communication skills
# Excellent time management skills and ability to operate in a fast changing environment
# Fluent in English and Italian and/or Spanish
# Flexible for market travel, well organized and a team player
# Ability to multitask
# Passionate for cycling
