1.Responsible for operation and personnel management of the store, ensuring the implementation of regulations and standards.
2.Meet growth targets for sales metricsabout the whole e-bike, and its components as well as keep improving after-sales service.
3.Be in charge of training of staff in order to enhance their knowledge to retail,store operation and our products.
4.Hold internal meeting,transmit inside information and collect feedback regularly.
5.Collect market information, industry trends and competitors' data.

- More than 3 years working experience in retail store management.Employee with outstanding sales achievement in retail store is preferred.
- Have good communication,organization andcoordinationskills, can work well under pressure.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Employee with rich working experience in bicycle or e-bike retailing is preferred.
- Fluent in English and German.
